First, I love you so very much. Second, all the gems in here, like how good it is when your friends write in a way that makes you jealous, that makes you love them, that makes you want to write. And then, of course; this part right here:

Here for all your molecules, and to wave in the wind, and to write, to just write. Also totally unrelated but related one of my friends left me a note about how she’s a tree and I’m the wind and I’ve been playing Patrick Swayze’s She’s Like the Wind on repeat. A surprisingly good voice.

There is definitely something in the part of the Universe that many of us are attuned to because I've been hyper-focused on lashing back on all the bullshit trying to bully my attention too. Just the other day I was raving to someone how sick I am of asking for money for the things I do – writing, mostly, and speaking and reading to audiences – to the point that I just want to QUIT IT ALL. But what else can I do then, with I'm all in with this? But this comment isn't a lament, Marlee; it's a fist raised in solidarity.

Hellooo and reporting from springtime in Vermont. I know there must be thoughtful and wonderful and gorgeous roadside stands all across the countrysides of elsewhere but I am feeling particularly grateful for our little slice of community here in VT.
